In the heart of Duluth, Georgia, my journey with Averr Aglow Skincare unfolded as I assumed the role of Senior Growth Digital Marketing Manager/Leader. For 10 transformative months, from November 2021 to August 2022, I played an integral part in driving the implementation of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy, optimizing campaigns across diverse digital marketing channels.
Responsibility weighed on my shoulders as I oversaw and managed Averr Aglow's brand/DTC sites and Amazon platforms. From optimizing user journeys to crafting full-funnel conversion and retention strategies, my focus aligned with brand objectives. Cross-functional communication with finance, customer support, and brand management was a daily rhythm.
Identifying and strategizing new marketing opportunities, I worked tirelessly to increase awareness around the brand. As a trusted liaison for marketing communication, I managed partners and teams for all things digital marketing – SEO, advertising, analytics, and social media efforts.
Innovative thinking became my forte as I utilized digital assets to create marketing strategies aimed at boosting conversion rates and ultimately increasing ROI. Leading with a focus on positive customer experience, team building, and a proactive mindset, I left no stone unturned.
My leadership extended beyond strategy; I played a crucial role in team management. From candidate selections to onboarding, I shared my positive and energetic force, motivating and mentoring my team and inspiring cross-functional partners. Proactivity and transparency were my guiding principles as I navigated project pipeline coordination, reporting, and feedback.
My tenure as Senior Growth Digital Marketing Manager/Leader was marked by a linear execution in leading the creative and marketing team. From determining campaign needs to supervising and streamlining various aspects like social media strategy, graphic design, web development, and event branding, I ensured a cohesive and impactful approach.
Transitioning to a previous role as Social Media Strategist from August 2021 to November 2021, I played a key role in developing and executing creative social media strategies. Acting as a critical connector between public relations and customer service relations, I nurtured a deep understanding of social media best practices.
Crafting and executing social media strategies aligned with company initiatives, I owned content strategy and creation, overseeing all @averraglow content. Day-to-day management of social media activity, development, and execution of initiatives, and collaboration with influencers and content creators were integral parts of my responsibilities.
Analyzing and reporting on content and program performance, I continuously sought opportunities to improve and optimize future campaigns. Collaborating with other functions, I planned communication for product launches, updates, customer service issues, and other company announcements.
With skills in Marketing, Communication, Marketing Analytics, Skin Care Products, and Social Media Marketing, my journey with Averr Aglow Skincare was not just a professional chapter but a narrative of growth, innovation, and positive impact in the skincare industry.
